We take full responsibility for reasonable parcel lost:
1) The parcel is identitied as high risk or unsafe parcel by local customhouse and be captured or destroyed.
2) The parcel is missed by freight company.
3) The tracking info doesn't update long time because human and natural causes.
We can't take responsibility for reasons below, and if you want to return the parcel, please pay the return fee:
1) The client refuses to do Customs Clearance.
2) The tracking info shows arrived but client refuses to accept the parcel or missed the parcel.
3) Unsatisfied the color, shape, but the item has no quality issue.
