1) Birkin 30/35/40 share the same size hardware.

2) Birkin 40 and HAC 40 has different hardware.

3) The black hardware kit has silver permanent rivets. Because you should cut off the rivets when you install it, the cross section is metal color, it is silver. Hermes orginal black hardware bag use silver permanence rivets too. Black Birkin 25/30/35/40 use 1.2mm permanent rivets,  Black HAC 40/50 use 2.0mm permanent rivets.

4) The rose gold hardware kit use gold permanent rivets.
