World debut - Airpods 4 leather sleeve mould

This is a new design mould for Airpods 4 sleeve, I also made the acrylic patterns, then it will be easier for your work.

It matches with Airpods 4 case absolutely well.

You need G clamps as fasten tool. And DO wet the vegetable tanned leather in water before making.

Here is the instruction for how to make this case by mould

Step 1: Cut material leather

Step 2: Absolutely wet the leather in bason

Step 3: Fast them in G clamp

Step 4: Take them out when they are absolutely dry

Step 5: Take out one piece

Step 6: Put it back in mould

Step 7: Cover acrylic template on

Step 8: Draw line

You shoud draw as pictures below

Step 9: Use acrylic template to draw whole line

Step 10: Punch stitching holes

Step 11: Cut open

Step 12: Punch half round hole on bottom

Step 13: Sew
