This is a quite easy tool that can help you make Sony WF-1000XM4 leather earphone case quickly.

The material is POM, very good quality, very strong, no need to worry about the attrition at all.

Here is the tutorial

Step 1: Cut leather, measure the size by mould and cut leather, the leather should be 1.5mm (3.75oz) thick. Larger a little.

Step 2: Wet them completely by water.

Step 3: Put them into the mould and fasten them by G claps. Make sure the leather stretch completely, I use pliers to do that.

Step 4: Take them out when they are completely dry.

Step 5: See how to cut off the redundant part of the upside piece by knife.

Step 6: Paint some water on edge, because when you take it out from mould the opening may larger a little, paint water will shrink the opening.

Step 7: Now cover the acrylic template on mould to help find the correct place.

Step 8: Cut off the redundant part, you will get exact size of the downside part.

Step 9: Punch chisel holes and sew.

Step 10: Cover the upside part on. Done, very simple right? Please use your imagination to develop more styles.
